Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription or order with us, and outlines the limits of what we are able to change once an order has been placed. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by either of the following methods:

1. Managing your subscription in your customer portal
Log in to your account using the email address used at checkout. From your customer portal, you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription directly. This is the fastest and most reliable way to ensure your subscription is cancelled successfully.

2. Cancelling by email
You may also request cancellation by emailing our support team. To ensure we have enough time to process your request, cancellation emails must be received at least 3 days before your next subscription order is queued. Requests received after this time may not be processed before the order is created.

If a cancellation request is received after an order has already been queued or created, the subscription will still be cancelled going forward, but the current order may still be processed and shipped.

Cancelling an Order After It Has Been Placed

If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by email. While we will always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been created.

Orders are processed automatically and may enter fulfilment shortly after being placed. Once this happens, cancellation is no longer possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

- There is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed.

- If an order cannot be cancelled in time, it will still be shipped.

- In these cases, you will need to follow our returns process after delivery, where applicable.

Changes to Delivery Details

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to postal or delivery details, including the delivery address.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not liable for:

- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

- Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Important Notes

- Subscription cancellations must be completed at least 3 days before the next order is queued to avoid being charged.

- Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been placed.

- Once an order has entered fulfilment, it cannot be stopped, edited, or redirected.
