c. Pore Favor reserves the right to investigate any suspected unauthorized use of the Platform and may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.
3. Subscription Terms
a. When you subscribe to receive our products:
i. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your own subscription via your online account.
ii. Subscription charges will continue automatically until you cancel.
iii. Pore Favor may suspend or cancel your subscription at any time without notice.
4. Guarantee Terms

b. Requests must be submitted within 100 days of your order date.
c. Pore Favor may decline or refuse guarantee claims at its sole discretion.

5. Product Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:
i. Pore Favor, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including emotional distress or loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or our products.
ii. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you spent with us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
iii. We exclude liability for any issue known to you for more than 3 months before you bring a claim.
iv. You must take reasonable steps to mitigate any losses you incur.
b. Our supplements are cosmetic products. Statements made about them have not been evaluated by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
c. Nothing provided by our skincare team constitutes medical advice. Any guidance provided is general information available to the public and is not tailored to treat any specific condition.
d. Product effectiveness varies from person to person. Results depend on various external factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property

a. We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
b. We may terminate these Terms of Use or any sale contract with you immediately by written notice if, in our reasonable opinion, you breach these Terms or associated policies.
c. Termination does not affect any accrued rights, liabilities or obligations that have arisen prior to termination.

b. By using the Platform, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

c. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your account, subscription, or access to our services.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
b. We encourage you to contact us at operations@porefavor.com if you have a dispute or complaint, and we will do our best to resolve it with you directly.
c. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, either party may bring the matter before the courts of England and Wales, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
d. We do not require arbitration or mediation, nor do we seek to limit your statutory rights under UK law, including your right to bring a claim in court.
17. International Use
a. The Platform is primarily intended for customers located in the United Kingdom. If you access or purchase from our Platform outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with any local laws, import restrictions, taxes, and customs regulations that may apply in your location.
b. Pore Favor makes no representations that our products, content, or services are appropriate or available outside the UK.
c. If you place an international order, you may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other fees upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.
d. We are not liable for any delays, holds, or non-delivery resulting from customs procedures, nor are we responsible for refunding international shipping charges for packages returned or refused at customs.
